Exchange Policy

We want you to look gorgeous and be fully in love with your beautiful new hair. But, if you are not happy with your purchase, please read below, and we will do our best to create a happy experience for you.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange for eligible items returned within 14 days of your tracked delivery date. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in their original condition, unopened, or separated, with original tags attached and wrapped in original ties.

This means the hair extensions have not been worn (used), washed, conditioned, installed, brushed, combed, had curls separated/frizzed, colored, or bleached. The original ties have not been removed or cut.

We will not accept exchanges on hair that has been altered in any form. The hair must be resalable in its original state. No exceptions.

Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item due to an error on our part, please see our Refund Policy for information about refunds and returns.

Exchange Approval Process

To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@pureporterhair.com within 14 days of your tracked delivery date. Include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for the exchange
  • Clear photos of the unused hair you wish to return (showing original packaging, intact ties, and overall condition)

We will review your photos and confirm the state of the hair before you ship it to us. Do not ship items back without prior written approval.

Exchange Costs

You are responsible for:

  • Shipping cost to return the item to us
  • Shipping cost for the exchanged item mailed back to you
  • Any price difference for the new hair

Exchange Processing

Exchanges are processed within 3 business days after they are received, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Shipping Your Exchange

Pure Portré is not responsible for lost or missing exchanges. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking when sending back your return.
